Evaluating customers current ServiceNow implementation across multiple modules/applications & propose recommendation/solutions based on industry best practices to cater their pain areas & to improve the maturity score
Design, develop, configure, and install technically-sound solutions using best practices in ServiceNow to solve complex, global business needs
Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques
Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions
Effectively utilize multiple, complex UI policies
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows
Establish complex internal and external / third-party integrations
Demonstrate hands on experience with multiple implementations of ITSM and ITOM applications
Key role in ServiceNow upgrades to ensure zero impact to the business
Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
Organize and lead meetings of cross-functional IT and business teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to track, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests
Develop and maintain procedural documents relating to the management of the platform
Serve as a mentor to other team members and provide technical guidance to the process and management teams.
Provide general ServiceNow administration, including user/group/role maintenance, upgrades, patches, and environment cloning
