Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching thought leadership and Integration Architectures, to enable and release the maximum business value of for the Salesforce Lightening platform
  • Drive standardization within the application development team by defining common patterns, governance and best practices in the areas of development and Integration
  • Lead a team of developers in the area of Salesforce and Integration technologies who are responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for Sales, Service and eCommerce domains.
  • Coach, mentor and guide team in best practices surrounding Salesforce.com, Integration and DevOps Technologies.
  • Establish and enhance the processes for ensuring the overall quality of applications (standards, code reviews, technical design reviews, change/configuration, etc.).
  • Represent Dev/Ops in CAB reviews.
  • Estimate and ensure the delivery of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for acceleration, simplification and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of total IT experience in delivery customer focused applications
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce software development and delivery management, business analysis, and integration technology implementation
  • 2 to 3 years of Designing high-performing, secure, and reliable integrations with the Lightning
    Platform and other enterprise applicati
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in leading cross functional teams in an IT setting for both Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM projects.
  • Lead best Domain practices in dev/ops and integrati
  • Define and maintain the development and Integration design blueprint for the projec
  • Integrate with other enterprise applications and other cloud appli
  • Effectively communicate architecture design to stakeholders at many level
  • Define best-choice Middleware tools in a given scenario (feature/functionality).
  • In a given scenario, recommend when to use API-based integrations, to achieve business requirements.

Required Experiences

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce Platform: 3+ years
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, Integrations: 3+ years
  • Community Development, Lightning Component Development: 3+ years
  • SFDC Certification(s} Preferred (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Architect)
