Customer is looking to build a modern identity and access management platform to support hundreds of thousands of users and thousands of applications. They have struggled with a few different vendor products and realize they need a more open set of interfaces to increase adoption and ease of integration. The team is chartered with building their identity data warehouse to aggregate multiple sources of data and develop secure interfaces to access the data, currently REST and LDAP base. From there we will extend the platform to allow application owners to manage their own approved users, groups and roles across the agency and ultimately deploy a single sign-on and token service to support secure authentication. We'll be pushing standards with OAuth2, SCIM, JWT and OpenID Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong java development background and with an interest in security and identity services. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or ForgeRock's OpenAM would be great, but we understand that's a pretty narrow focus. Luckily, we have some great team members that can support you in learning the products. If you enjoy learning new technologies and have a passion for secure access management you'd be a great fit.
