This is a technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud role reporting in to Digital Marketing. Your position will focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead administration for the Marketing Cloud platform to ensure that it is strategically and technically set up to achieve our digital marketing goals. In this role you will be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME AND own the administration too. You will also manage a small email development team of 1-2 people and working with that team you will troubleshoot any Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues.

You must have great communication skills to help non technical individuals from the user community understand Salesforce, how to use it and gain success from it. 

In this role you will own all the technical, maintenance, performance, upgrades, testing as well as the creating and maintaining fields, views, reports and dashboards. Working closely with the business and marketing you will interpret their requirements and help us create a world class Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment!

Our brand new Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation is scheduled to go live immediately and as we scale up the business you will be involved in the strategy, roadmap and integration of the community and service clouds. You will also work with the analytics to help us understand how we are doing and advise on how we can do it better!

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of Salesforce Administration with 2+ years on the Marketing Cloud platform, working closely with the business users
MUST have technical administration Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience working with data extensions, queries and AMPScript
2+ years working with APIs and integrating solutions (SOAP APIs, REST APIs)
Experience working in a B2B and/or B2C environment
Experience with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience either managing or mentoring email development teams/campaigns
Salesforce.
