Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and resolving SAP issues including General Ledger abnormal balances. This includes running reports to identify transactions with issues, analyzing to identify the root cause, proposing solutions, and assisting with resolving as needed.
  • Working with other support teams to provide guidance on correcting issues across different modules and process areas.
  • Analyzing data to identify issues not yet reported.
  • Assisting with other analysis tasks as needed.
  • Providing expertise during meetings to discuss issues.
  • Testing as needed.
  •  Documentation as needed.


Skills Required:

  •  Ability to analyze SAP General Ledger posting relationships across different documents for various processes.
  •  Ability to use the SAP portal to troubleshoot issues effectively with display access only.

  • Strong MS Office (MS Word, Excel) skills.
