- Contribute analytical skills and sharp attention to detail in evaluating test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and to ensure the systems met functional and performance requirements
- Successfully provide key support in troubleshooting and evaluating complex problems and escalating highly complex issues to subject matter experts
- Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities in building and establishing strong relationships with all functional groups
- Closely analyze findings and presented multi-faceted recommendations and solutions to problems using experience in multiple technical areas
- Develop, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software systems such as loan processing systems, various interfaces and data extracts
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs then perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Work with other team members to improve our processes, tools, methods, effectiveness and efficiency
- Interact closely with IT developers and support in a team environment to resolve defects and clarify business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' Quality Assurance Testing and documentation experience
- Solid knowledge of TSQL and scripting experience
- Experience in full SDLC
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Proficient computer skills in standard programs including, but not limited to: MS Office suite
- Effective time management and organizational skills, and a thorough approach to problem solving ability to work under pressure on a number of different projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills between all levels and departments within the organization as well as
- Self-motivated team player to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
