Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and daily operations of the customer-facing business intelligence product. Ideal candidates has experience with SASS, updating Tableau on operations side, SQL development, clustering, configuration, maintenance, administration and reporting. Must have direct system administration experience with Tableau.
Job Responsibilites:
Tableau Server administration including installation, clustering, configuration, upgrade and Maintenance
Work closely with Tableau vendor for product fix and enhancements
Develop plan for business continuity, including monitoring system utilization/performance for capacity planning purposes
Develop and maintain security aspects of the system
Solve issues, memory leaks, performance tune applications
Use Tableau API to Automate of various server maintenance activities, implementing governance and standard methodologies
