Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
* 2 years experience with system requirements
* Strong SQL experience
* Capable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership
* Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop decision criteria and unbiased technology comparisons Key to success in this role
* Works under minimal supervision. Able to provide technical guidance to the team.
* Good communication and team player.
* Strong written and oral communications skills.
Preferred Skills
* Prior Mortgage-banking industry experience a strong plus
* Graduate degree or advanced studies
* Experience with DOORS and Version One
* Experience with ETL tools
* Excellent analytical, comprehension, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
