Job Description

Education and Experience

  • 4-6 Years of relevant technical or business work experience
  • Bachelor's degree; Math, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
  • Experience modelling algorithms and rules for predictive analytics.
  • Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience with predictive and prescriptive analyses, modelling, and segmentation.
  • Experience with data anlalytics, big data, and analytics architecture & roadmap creation to drive margin, revenue, conversions, and consumer communication.
  • Experience implementing data analysis using languages like Python and R, with Machine Learning (ML) packages and various ML algorithms types.
  • Experience ensuring modelling accuracy, cleanliness, reliability.
  • Experience carrying out data identification, mapping, aggregation, conditioning, cleansing, and analyzing.
  • Experience with and ownership of data-informed decision-making and consistently look out for new ways to leverage data and analytics.
  • Experience with and ownership of data-informed decision-making and consistently look out for new ways to leverage data and analytics.
  • Experience working for an IT organization gathering functional, and non-functional (technical) requirements, including diagramming workflows, processes, etc.

  • Provides tutorship to junior analysts
  • Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently.
