Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Design technical solutions and identify integration opportunities with applications
  • Oversee business processes, analyzing areas of opportunity, data structure and reporting
  • Analyze user needs and developing solutions and configurations in Salesforce
  • Make recommendations for improving process and data using Salesforce best practices
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment and complex business models
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Data cleanup and migration when required using tools such as Demand Tools and Data Loader
  • Good communication skills are a must
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
  • Assist with the triage of support cases escalated to sales support
  • Manage product and pricing catalog in Salesforce CPQ
