Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Audits and confirms accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all workforce data as represented within applicable reports, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Supports integrations from Workday into Workforce Analytics tools and processes. This includes troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and inaccuracies. Run data loads from sources other than Workday (e.g. surveys, financial systems, industry data, etc.). This often requires use of knowledge and tools (e.g. SQL, excel, access, etc.) to transform and map data into the desired format.
  • Define technology solutions to meet business needs. These solutions should result in streamlined data flows, improved insights, better alignment with best practices, and increased efficiencies within our related processes.
  • Administers Security for workforce analytic related tools outside workday. Ensures data privacy is maintained.
  • Ability to work pro-actively and independently on project tasks as well as directly with end users resolving operational issues


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years relevant enterprise experience


Critical Skills:

  • Minimum two-years hands-on experience building custom Workday reports and supporting integrations for HCM data.
  • Direct experience running or configuring EIB, Core Connector, Web Services API, BIRT, or Workday Studio.


Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and experience with other workforce related systems
  • Experience using or supporting Visier Workforce Analytics and Planning
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel features (e.g. VLOOKUP), Power BI, Microsoft Access, and/or SQL Query.
  • Knowledge of security administration in Workday or other related systems
  • Any applicable Workday Certifications or Training

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other systems related field
