Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the availability, scalability, and efficiency of multiple infrastructure services running on Windows and Linux, with a 99.9% uptime across all systems.
  • Challenge the limits of our existing infrastructure and design new solutions that keep us on the cutting edge of technology to optimize infrastructure cost and performance.
  • Provide support for emergent problems, identify root cause and drive improvements through automation and self-healing services to improve our uptimes, prevent further outages, and improve our customer s experience.
  • Support network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, and wireless technologies.
  • Coach other team members and assist in their development and learning.
  • Provide clear and professional communication of ideas or feedback to Leadership and other internal team members.
  • Handle Tier II/III escalations from the Tech Support Team as needed.
  • Be willing to learn new Technologies and practices with excitement and high energy.
  • Actively participate in team activities and discussions such as suggesting architecture improvements, best practices, new processes, etc.
  • Perform on-call duty as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
