Job Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce's Marketing custom instance SFDC
  •  Tasks include but not limited to Creating/Managing customization of objects, record types, profile management, user creation, custom lists, profile Page layouts, workflow, approval rules, permission sets, triggers and API integration to external systems.
  • Implement, integrate and help manage external applications as necessary. (Integration into existing Salesforce instances, Community Cloud, Coupa, Marketing Cloud, etc..).
  • Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud email functionality (Email creation, setup, journey builder, etc.)
  • Support any internal system audits User enablement SFDC report and dashboard creation Dataloads to update various records. Manage Allocadia project

Required skills : 

  • 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin / Developer In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Visualforce, Apex, s-controls) and/or SOAP, REST APIs and other integrations with external systems
