Job Description

Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing Technology projects.
  • Strong in Agile Process and working experience in Rally.
  • Strong in communication both within teams and leaders.
  • Prior Amex experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expert level experience in at least one or more Web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
  • Demonstrate skill sets in the web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Demonstrate skill sets in API design, RESTful Services development using Spring, Java
  • Demonstrate skill sets in at least one or more Database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Demonstrate skill sets in at least one or more Web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
  • Knowledge of the cloud and deployment expectations and complexities. Developers should be capable of deploying application bits to AWS or other similar cloud environment.
  • Should demonstrate a deep experience participating in standups/daily scrums, planning meetings, iteration retrospectives etc.
  • Demonstrate skill sets in at least one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Ember etc., or JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
