Job Description

What You'll Do All Day:

  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and convert them into user stories for Engineering.
  • Work as a liaison between the business and technology teams.
  • Understand the Salesforce platform sufficiently to structure user stories in a manner that balances business requirements with technical complexity to drive smart allocation of limited engineering resources.
  • Facilitate the improvement of existing team-specific and cross-functional workflows using Salesforce and the creation of new business processes.
  • Guide operational teams towards solutions based on an understanding of their needs and the capabilities of the platform.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert around the technical capabilities on the Salesforce platform. Contribute to cross-functional strategic discussions around how to better leverage Salesforce within Simple by leveraging expertise.
  • Conduct and lead UAT testing for new enhancements
  • Evaluate potential add-ons to Simple's Salesforce platform
  • Requirements gathering for processes not entirely within Salesforce
