Job Description
Role / Responsibilities:
  • Experience documenting current state process steps and work flows along with developing optimized future state process steps and work flows leveraging recognized process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in decomposing processes to document data flow, decision logic and field level detail to ensure thorough conversion of business process details in to success criteria for development team to build successful solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to elicit success criteria to ensure holistic solution to problems of varying complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to elicit both functional and technical requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic data analysis collaborating with business reporting and metric groups
  • Ability to use sound judgement / decision making within your scope of responsibility
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business clients and cross-functional groups
  • Experienced working successfully in geographically diverse cross-functional team collaboration working with both functional and technical teams
 
Nice to have skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Business Analyst certification from recognized certifying body
  • Project Management or Scrum Master certification
  • Master of Science (MS) in MIS of CS, Master of Business Administration, or other applicable graduate level degree (optional)
