Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities:


 The Jr. RPA developer will create, operate and maintain RPA bots. You should also be able to perform the following duties:

  • Evaluate, test and load data from external sources (e.g. csv, xls, pdf).
  • Continuous improvement of SQL scripts and processes.
  • Creation of data models for new data sets.
  • Ability to perform data analysis in PL/SQL, MS Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Able to identify your stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate/decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios.
  • Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the concepts of the solution. This includes network requirements, event monitoring solution, ticketing system and the associated integration bridges between those systems and Ipcenter.
  • Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • 1+ years of experience with robotic process automation (RPA) software, including Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath.
  • 3+ years of experience with systems analysis and technical design analysis.
  • 1+ years coordinating and overseeing end to end, multi-component testing requirements.
  • Experience with gathering and documenting technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, robotic process automation techniques (RPA) and software, and general development life cycles.
  • Ability to problem-solve, analyze processes for efficiencies and manage multiple aspects of a task.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical personnel


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with Public Sector Clients (US Federal, Higher Education, State and Local Governments).
  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedure and Desktop Guide development and training.
