Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Documents, reviews, and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations that are related to proposed solutions from yourself or the Business Analyst team.
  • Supports the process that ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner. Ensures alignment to project schedule.
  • Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet, client/server architectures, and how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.
  • Manages multiple tasks and meets assigned deadlines and drives collaborative conclusions that serve business needs.
  • Investigates reports of outage and improper or untimely operation and determines root causes and a plan to address the problem.

Analytical Skills

  • Presents rules and relationships in matrix and diagram form to stimulate engagement for agreed requirement disclosure.
  • Stewards requirements within a domain and is responsible for ensuring that requirements are comprehensive, clear, testable, well-documented, and maintained.
  • Considers business implications of application/technology and reports identified risks and impacts plus proposes risk mitigation options.
  • Identifies and solicits options for potential solutions and assesses them for both technical and business suitability.
