Job Description
<p><span style="font-size: x-large;"><strong>Job Requirments</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">1-3 years of experience working with non-immigrant &amp; immigrant Visa applications and processes (H1 and TN non-immigrant petitions, RFE, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Experience with benefit administration/billing for employees on LOA.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Must be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Ability to work independently, positively handles conflict in a fast-paced work environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Must be customer service oriented and able to handle a large volume of work.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive and cohesive records.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Experience working in a role that requires a high degree of confidentiality and/or dealing with sensitive information.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: large;">Existing expertise or ability to develop a general understanding of regulatory framework governing benefits and HR including but not limited to HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and benefits- related DOL and IRS regulations and multi-state laws regulations preferred.</span></li> </ul>
