Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, support, enhance back-end integration solutions seamlessly to connect Avalara enterprise systems
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
  • Review business/functional requirement documents, author technical design documents, and produce high quality integrations that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, Facilities, and other groups to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years working experience in Workday integrations, Workday Studio, Web Services, SOAP, REST API, SQL, and system integration development
  • Master degree in CS, CE, EE, MIS, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience

What would be awesome:

  • Experience with Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XSLT
  • Experience with Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) suite - Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance Management
  • Experience with SOX principles and concepts
