Job Description:

This is a manual, functional testing position. This role is VERY technical as this Sr. QA Analyst will be working with various tech team members such as Developers, BA s, Product Owners in that lane and also QA people in that lane. This Analyst will also be interfacing with security and integration teams (integration team uses Denodo to pull data from the source system to the memory grid). Teams are dispersed and located in Nashville, PA, Denver and offshore so if the person can work with people in different areas that would be great need to be able to collaborate with other teams. This Analyst needs to be able to work with all of these teams so strong communication skills are essential. This team uses SQL, Oracle, and DB2 databases. It is a very fast paced environment - use Agile

Required Skills and Expertise:

    • Excellent manual testing experience
    • Strong technically in databases such as SQL, Oracle and DB2
    • Extensive experience performing SQL queries
    • Advanced knowledge Agile, Waterfall and Iterative frameworks
    • Advanced knowledge of test management best practices
    • Advanced knowledge with Test Management and Automation tools
    • Hands-on DB testing experience with one or more DB platforms
    • Experience with leading distributed teams
    • Proven experience handling offshore and onsite teams - ability to identify risks, document risks and communicate between project teams
    • Large environment experience
    • Needs to be skilled in Postman, SQL, Oracle, DB2 (the actions in mobile are written in DB2)
    • Experience with accessing and modifying data - access to read, write, and test code and experience looking and changing data
    • Needs to be able to dig into tech stack and access to read and write in the database and use the tool and be able to test and change it.
    • This team does have access to read, write
    • Demonstrated strengths in coordinating, attention-to-detail, follow-through, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Possesses project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
    • Possess strong people and communication skills
