Job Description

SAP Security:

his position will be responsible for SAP Security/Compliance support including planning, coordination, execution of activities for data extraction, association with corporate identity systems, reorganize/reformat the data for end user/approver access. Data extraction relates to data from SAP and non-SAP systems as it relates to periodic user access reviews, Critical Transactional access reviews, Segregation of duties for sox/audit compliance and definition & implementation of mitigating/compensating controls short term & long term.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares a viable and detailed project plan detailing tollgates or milestones.
Executes data extraction from SAP and non-SAP systems using GRC 10/VIRSA tools for various SAP environments including ECC and BW environments for CT/SOD reviews and audit compliance.
Understands Active Directory /ARM environments for user identity data.
Executes data clean up, data association, reformatting, reorganization for presentation and approvals.
Should have a good understanding of SOX/Audit compliance, Segregation of duties violations, Sensitive/critical access risks and mitigating controls.
Prepares training material for end users/approvers for review of the CT/SOD/PUR data and mitigate or eliminate business risks as identified.
Plans and conducts end user training sessions using WebEx.
Follows through with the approvers/end users for timely review and approval of the SOD risks as identified.
Prepares score cards and dashboards at detailed and summary level by business locations and approver groups for continual status presentations and progress monitoring.
Reviews and implements solutions/recommendations for process improvements for risk mitigation and audit compliance.
Functions as point-of-contact for any questions from the approver groups.
Assists with the management and visibility of global application audit issues.
Monitors compliance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
Provides status reporting of all compliance metrics.
