Hands on programming experience in Java or .NET or Python REQUIRED
2+ years of experience as RPA Architect / Lead REQUIRED
Automation Anywhere certification and proven experience is REQUIRED
Practitioner Certification in one RPA technologies is preferred REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 years beginning to end RPA implementation experience, 3years preferred.
Experience with RPA design patterns and practices, including queue management
Advanced level ML, AI, deep learning preferred.
Demonstrated strong leadership, partnership and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with all levels of customer organization to ensure RPA design and technical solutions meet business needs.
Experience working in RPA consulting role is highly preferred.
Travel within US as needed (<25%).
