The Role:
A critical aspect of what we do is to leverage data of customers, businesses, transactions, and technologies to identify transformational opportunities and inform investment decisions. We are looking for an experienced Database Analyst with strong discovery skills and critical thinking abilities. This role will work closely with project insights lead to define data requirements, conduct discovery activities, identify internal/external data sources, compile/mine data, build recurring reports in Tableau or Excel, and synthesize analysis findings.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent database, spreadsheet, and analytical skills
- 7+ years of experience in processing and analyzing large datasets sourced from various data warehouses using SQL
- 7+ years of advanced Excel modeling with visualization techniques
- Experienced in dashboard development with strong Tableau skills
- Sound knowledge of relational databases and experience with Teradata
- Strong communication skills, in both written and verbal formats
- Proven ability to translate project needs into appropriate analyses and deliver insights to support decisions
- Proactive attitude and commitment to data integrity
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
