Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or coordinate creating and maintaining of:
  • Business Rules
  • Assessment Support Documentation
  • Review and Analysis (Results)
  • Assessment Reports
  • Responsible for adhering to and reporting the status of the Assessment (Project) timeline
  • Applying Data Quality Standards and Dimensions to business data and provide an analysis of results
  • Provide a high level of Customer Service to our internal and external customers
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required Skills:          

  • Configure and maintain appliance infrastructure.
  • Patch installs on appliances.
  • Configure new appliances.
  • Make configuration changes as needed.
  • Performance monitoring of appliances.
  • Troubleshooting appliance issues.
  • Open issues/problems for any defects or issues.
  • Work with Business Partners to implement data monitoring solutions.
  • Install product software on Linux or Windows servers.
  • Create and maintain policies for monitoring.
  • Install and apply fixes/patches to vendor software on a mainframe environmen
