Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a “Business Analyst“. The resource should have strong experience in Business Analysis, Scrum and Project Management who could join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Skill set:
  • 6 - 8 years of working experience
  • Good Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Good Experience in Scrum
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge on Agile & Scrum (nice to have someone certified), thoroughly knows the scrum ceremonies - like stand-up meetings, retrospective meetings, Sprint planning etc
. Team facilitating skills, act as a liaison between the delivery team, architects and the Business team.
. Effectively track requirements through the life of a project
. Ability to coach the team with scrum and agile practices
. Host and lead JADs (Joint application development) sessions
. Prepare reports to VZ leadership (weekly/monthly) based on the need
. Timebox the meetings effectively
