Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management and prioritization of the product backlog with the Product Owner/Feature Analyst
  • Work with the business and development team to deliver the agreed work within the agreed timescales
  • Work with the Product Owner and Business Users to ensure the current highest priority items are being addressed. Ensure the business and the development team are aligned
  • Keep the backlog current and reflective of the latest delivery goals
  • Timely planning of sprints and releases to ensure that the team are focused on the right things at the right time
  • Working with the Product Owner/Feature Analyst to understand the importance a regular delivery and a minimal shippable viable product Support
  • Provide 3rd line support, as appropriate, principally to applications within Client's organization.
  • Ownership of backlog creation and estimation for clarification of scope and delivery timeline
  • Ownership of design workshops; leading development team and identifying solutions which are captured within the user stories
  • Provision of wireframes, acceptance criteria and worked examples within each user story
  • Lead by example using agile best practices, seeking new ways of working and improving the velocity and quality of the teams' outputs
  • Coach the team to encourage self-organization and flat structure
  • Empower the team to own the sprint goal and backlog
