Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Retail/CPG business.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop product development systems road maps.
  • Collecting business requirements and tracking the same and enabling mapping to Mule soft solutions
  • Maintain detailed listing of open system requests, system issues and questions. Work with Department heads to set priorities and manage expectations. Maintain delivery schedules for all open items.
  • Interface with product and system vendors to resolve open issues and bugs. Thoroughly test all fixes and configurations, document changes and manage deployment processes into production.
  • Manage business reporting life-cycle from request to release.
  • Evaluate CPG/Retail Mule development processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design and and conferring with software vendors.
  • Develop Retail /CPG development processes by studying user requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing Retail CPG and Mule development methods, software and software.
  • Assure process quality by designing testing methods; testing pre-production solutions and establishing standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
