Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain system documentation and secure processes
Recommend enhancements to system to improve efficiency and deliver more value to stakeholders
Execute approved prioritized support requests and administrative needs of users across different departments
Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation, and update tasks relating to Salesforce
Participate in the development and ongoing support of multiple partner portal communities
Experience developing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, and other enhancements
Report and dashboard generation as requested
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings and access settings
Perform data integrity and manipulation activities
Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve
