Responsibilities: 
* The Data and Systems Integrity Analyst is responsible for ensuring the data and information generated within the Leadership Staffing team (LST) is accurately captured and memorialized within our LST candidate management system (Thrive)
* In addition to managing data projects for the LST Operations team, recruiters and researchers, this hire will also be responsible for proactive system audits, ongoing quality control and identifying/analyzing usage patterns and making recommendations based on this analysis
* Ensure better data integrity/quality
* Help define usage patterns and cases within our candidate management system to ensure ongoing data quality through audits and process improvements
* Help create and update related technical documentation

Requirements: 
* Bachelor's Degree
* Total years of experience: Minimum 2 years data analysis experience; prefer candidates who have worked in high tech or large enterprise environments
* Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role:
* Systems Analysis
* Project Management
* Quality Control
* Data Entry
