? Ability in designing, developing and operating scalable, distributed systems, with focus on high performance, availability and operational efficiency
? Passion for simplicity and building highly leveraged reusable software platforms, components and APIs
? Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual deployment and launch of the project
? Experience in operational excellence processes and best practices for cloud services
? Experience in testing methodologies
? Experience working in a team environment with documented software development process and configuration management control
? 2 + years in agile development
? Strong and creative problem solving abilities
? Strong time management and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
? Strong interpersonal communication skill, including verbal, written, listening
Self starter and takes initiatives
