- Help analyze and document existing software solutions.
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for day-to-day systems operations.
- Assist various project teams with the development of detailed test plans & conduct system testing.
- Collaborate with other UPR IT teams as needed to support the business requirements.
- Define and manage small projects, timelines, deliverables and communication to the business.
- Provide regular status reporting
- Provide support for various hardware and software upgrades.
- Other duties as assigned.
