Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

     This position is responsible for root cause analysis, including the creation/implementation of process plans in support of the Network Supply Chain strategy. This position works closely with internal and external partners and must be comfortable championing ideas and processes to a diverse audience. This role requires advanced analysis, planning, establishment of requirements, development of procedures, business case development and cost justification for changes in designated business area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Formulate SQL queries validating reported issues and solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrated product demos to the client.
  • Serve as a proxy Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
  • Model process flows using tools like MS Visio.
  • Validate requirements fulfillment.
  • Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system is aligned with the vision of the business teams.
  • Participate in the development and grooming of Project Backlog Stories (Requirements) with business and technology partners.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced Agile software development environment.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Ability to develop & decompose Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be effective at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Energetic, goal oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient.
