Job Description

Responsibilities: 
Lead and mentor software development teams in automating tests
Develop and apply testing processes to maintain automated regression suites
Develop and apply testing processes for new features to meet client needs
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. architect, developers and QA) to identify test requirements
Identify test cases for automation
Integrate automated test tools with code deployment to support continuous development
Assesses the effectiveness of test tools used with the product being tested
Serve as a subject matter expert in test automation architecture
Interact with management to develop solutions for enterprise test requirements
Build and introduce automated testing architecture standards and best practices
Prepare and maintain documents in scope of test tool design and operations
Provide recommendations on automation for new testing tools and test strategies
Train organization how to maintain what has been implemented

Requirements: 
Bachelor s degree in related field or proven work experience
5+ years of relevant software testing experience using QA automation tools
Must have a programming knowledge and skill to build and manage automation scripts
Need to be able to build out and automate regression testing program and integrate with company processes.
Must have database knowledge to write queries and analyze results
Experience in test coverage and planning using QA automation tools
Experience integrating test tools with Azure and/or AWS DevOps tools
Must have extensive experience in QA automation tools (Selenium)
Experience testing Angular-based UI 
Solid understanding of Agile QA concepts, practices, processes and tools
Basic understanding of software architectures and concepts
Technical background (databases, client-server architecture, programming)
Experience in test management tools is a plus
Proven written and oral communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively
Flexible, able to embrace change and adaptable to new, challenging situations
Team player focused on working towards achieving team/project success
Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment bringing new ideas and technologies into business
Must have experience being the first person on board a testing team, building out QA capability
Ability to manage multiple projects and issues concurrently
Results and deadline driven
Ability to work independently with little direction
