Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with strong analytical mindset and Jr. QA/BA with few years experience.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and become an expert in our software functionality
  • Teach customer end users and trainers to use our software
  • Build stories using customer data
  • Support sales team in managing accounts
  • Perform testing
  • Perform similar activities for other products as needed
  • Supports requirements gathering and discovery workshops for custom IT solutions
  • Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems
  • Supports Technical Leads and developers by providing functional clarification and setting expectations with team and client
  • Maintain and update our existing manual test suites.
  • Develop end-to-end software test cases and suites to validate specific feature and use cases.
  • Thoroughly understand our domain knowledge, allowing you to effectively test individual system components at all levels while simultaneously considering the impact to the aggregate environment.
  • Document, track, and resolve defects identified in testing by working collaboratively with the appropriate project team members.
