Job Description:

  • Workday HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in the core HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation and Absence Management
  • Participate and lead implementation activities including analysis, design, configuration, testing, report writing, data conversion, integrations, documentation and go live preparations
  • Post-implementation support of Workday HCM from a functional perspective . HR System Implementation

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Workday HCM software experience • Experience working with large Workday Implementation Partners (e.g. KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, etc.)
  • Proactive problem solving skills • Business and system analysis skills
  • HR domain knowledge and experience • Technology aptitude and learning ability • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Database, report-writing and data analysis experience • Customer service orientation
  • Collaboration and consensus building skills • High level of accountability and ability to work independently • Flexibility and adaptability
