Role Summary: As a Tableau Analytics Engineering Specialist, you will analyze and visualize our vast operational data on IT infrastructure. You will build visualization on platforms such as Tableau and provide support to help measure and drive our infrastructure operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Desired Characteristics:
Data visualization experience, preferably in Tableau
Data warehousing and BI experience
Knowledge of Tableau report performance optimization
Experience with Python scripting is preferred
SQL experience is highly preferred
Display excellent oral and written presentation skills
Basic understanding of IT service administration (monitoring of performance issues, patching etc.) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of ITIL is preferred
