Job Description

 

Responsibilities:


* Take ownership of tactical governance operations, (e.g. SAP comp product role ownership and related access curtailment projects)
* Drive quarterly governance oversight of newly-created audit remediation processes
* Keep documentation of and evidence for processes, policies, and governance practices in alignment with changing tools
* Collaborate and support Governance Senior Manager and work with the company Tech to deliver on-time pilot solutions, then aid in implementing those future-state improvements with Comp Product stakeholders
* Support the integration of new Comp Product and Samples tools by developing training curriculum and staffing remote training sessions
* Message and monitor adherence for Comp Product processes and policies with multiple stakeholders, identifying any gaps to mitigate process inefficiencies or risks
* Identify, develop, and document comp processes across geographies to drive consistency and efficiencies following audit reviews in global regions (including process flows articulation on roles & responsibilities for all stakeholders)
* Throughout the year, you will work closely with the Comp Product Ops Senior Manager to ensure quarterly audit committee reporting is updated and monitoring/reporting is shared with all audit stakeholders
