Responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst: 
  • Analyze defects and determine root cause; develop improvements to drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client product offerings; process and research reported issues to resolution
  • Establish a root cause tracking measurement to identify trends and problem areas; create report of issues for management
  • Regularly review and update policies and procedures
  • Advocate and ensure continuous improvement as a focus for the team
Requirements of the Senior Data Analyst: 

 Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

  • Strong understanding of CRM components, web portals, mobile apps, data feeds, and QA testing process
  • Ability to filter and analyze data and prepare supporting reports
  • Ability to manage resources, external and internal, at all levels
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and rapid change
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Infrequent travel may be required
