The team was created to develop and maintain consistent client metrics, segmentation and insights across businesses and regions, and to work with businesses to improve client management based on those metrics and insights. It is responsible for the implementation of cross-divisional client metrics, including revenue, expense allocation, profitability and market share, as well as client segmentation based on past performance, opportunity and client feedback. The team is responsible for the processes that capture and aggregate monthly client revenue, expense, credit exposure and other metrics that drive client profitability and return on capital. This team also spearheads efforts to improve the required client taxonomy and data architectures.</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <ul> <li>A multi-year effort, the Transactional Data Initiative, is being kicked off to build and deploy a central data infrastructure to provide complete, consistent, timely and reliable transactional data across the businesses globally.
