Job Description
  • Buddy-up with other new hires to attend our Freshmen Orientation and Workday certification training. Earn your Workday Integration certification and continue to seek out opportunities for learning, development, and mentorship.
  • Partner with our talented Workday Technical Team to learn “tricks of the trade”, consulting best practices, and how to “speak” Workday.
  • Put your programming and development classes to good use! Work with customers to translate their system needs using your eye for technical design and your experience in developing solutions. Begin to hone your XML and XLST skills to bring your visions to life.
  • Learn how to best support our customers and how to work with a variety of employee levels. Participate in, and contribute to, all phases of our Workday implementations, from assessing customer data, defining system requirements, designing and prototyping integration solutions, to configuration and testing within the Workday system.
