Job Description:

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the requirements analysis efforts related to implementation of the Integrated Eligibility System.
  • Coordinate across internal divisions (PMO, Business (BA/QA/OCM/Training), Technical, and Operations) in Albany and NYC.
  • Lead the business analysis work efforts to identify as-is and to-be system requirements and design.
  • Using the prescribed business analysis methodology, processes, toolkit and tools including but not limited to context diagrams, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, user interface specifications and mockups, train and manage a team of business analysts and their deliverables.
  • Oversee requirement gathering, validation, and rationalization processes.
  • Review work products to ensure system planning, design, and delivery are in line with business needs.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including agency and local district subject matter experts, users, and executive teams to ensure business needs are met.
  • Evaluate project timelines and priorities.
  • Manage identified teams of State and vendor resources
  • More than seven years of experience working on complex projects with two or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst.
  • More than seven (7) years of experience leading and managing a team of business analysts executing client focused requirements analysis and identifying, documenting and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment.
  • More than seven (7) years of experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
