Role: Adobe AEM Test Lead

Location: Miami, FL

Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience (Minimum 6 years) in testing tools and testing methodologies, defect management, RTMs.
  • Experience required in Black Box, Regression, Risk Based testing
  • Person will be in charge of test execution, hands on validation and certification of the software readiness.
  • Experienced professional with experience of delivering multiple Adobe AEM Based Platform where multiple tools are integrated and work seamlessly to deliver the target system. Minimum of 4 years experience required on AEM.
  • Testing experience in Digital Marketing/Experience platform and multi-lingual sites built on Adobe AEM
  • Candidate with working experience on testing below tools will be preferred:
  • Web Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Glassbox
  • Personalization: Adobe Target, Adobe Launch
  • Person need to have skills of executing an author role as this job needs usage of template, components and integration to create the multiple sites and language derivatives leaping e-commerce flow in consideration


  • He will prepare test cases & execute test procedures and/ or scripts either manually or by automated tools. Tracks and reports on the test execution in a timely manner with attention given to achieving a high level of quality.
  • He will gather and document the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage
  • He will analyze reports discrepancies to determine the root cause and will evaluate script failures at a high level.
  • He will compare and analyze system behavior vs. expected results/KPIs based on business and technical requirements. Identifies issues, proposes system improvements and performs repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.
  • He will participate and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
